Clarity before we begin.

How does the collaboration work?

We start with a short briefing on the occasion, recipients, budget and intention. I then develop a fitting selection or a complete concept — depending on the package for you to implement yourself or, on request, with additional organisation.

How is it decided which gift fits?

Every gift is tailored to its context: who receives it? What message should it convey? Which style and values should it reflect? The selection is based on that — not on a standard catalogue.

How much time should be planned for the curation?

A Gift Shortlist or Premium Gift Concept usually takes just a few days. For larger VIP projects with several recipients, personalisation and logistics, please allow at least two to four weeks.

Do you offer an express service?

Sometimes time is short, but the wish to give something special remains. For these moments, we offer an express service – on request and at an additional charge. Tell us what you are planning and when you need it. Together, we will establish what is possible and agree the express surcharge with you in advance.

What does a VIP Gifting Project cost?

VIP projects start from €1,500. The final price depends on scope, number of recipients, personalisation and the desired level of service. Gift, production and shipping costs are calculated separately.

Can gifts be shipped directly?

Yes — for Premium Gift Concepts and VIP projects I can also coordinate shipping, packaging and personal greeting cards on request. These services and any external costs are quoted individually.

What happens if a selection isn't quite right?

My goal is for you to feel confident with the selection. The Premium Gift Concept and the VIP project therefore include defined feedback rounds to sharpen the direction together. Scope and number of rounds depend on the chosen package.

Is there ongoing support for companies?

Yes. Companies, law firms, associations and organisations with recurring needs can book The Gesture Office as a monthly gifting retainer. I provide ongoing support with fitting gift ideas for guests, speakers, business partners, anniversaries, birthdays or seasonal occasions. Scope, response times and included services are agreed individually.
